All bakery products are proudly made by our talented Pastry Chef Eric Todd.

Eric Todd,  created many beautiful wedding cakes at the beloved B&O Espresso among other places in his 30 years in the industry.                              

We are very lucky to have Eric, who has a long history in Seattle of working under various talented chefs and restaurants including B&O Espresso, Jazz Alley and Flying Fish.

In addition to our regular offerings, we also offer a variety of specialty pastries, whole cakes, tarts and tortes.
